Okay though there may be some complaints about service or price the chile verde pizza is an taste that everyone must try consider it a Bakersfield attraction Tony's is one of those places where neither service not cost play a factor it's the uniqueness that it has in a place like Bakersfield that makes it special. It's the place ill want to return to long after leaving Bakersfield.

This place is ridiculous. Dishonest employees and misleading pricing. The perso that answers the phone has no etiquette. 1st the employee couldn't answer how big was an xl pizza. Umm.. call around most people know how big their pizzas are but ok no big deal. Then was charge close to 19$ and change for it when online on their site say $15.25. To add on top of the first employee being rude because i asked yhe sized and questioned the price. I was put in hild a 3rd time The next employee comes on and gives a story as to why i was put on hold and the 1st lady got busy. She asked what can i help u with and when i said you know what i need that the 1st lady got frustrated answering simple questions and that why we are talking now. She snickers and say uhoh. Like caught red handed. Lol this place is rude and i do not recommend. I honestly dont know how yhe pizza tastes. Never got that far.

Best pizza I've had in Bakersfield.

We got here at 9 o'clock and they existed that they were closing at 10 the cashier had told me that they were closing at 10 I understood then again the pizza maker came by and told me that if I was aware if I was there closing at 10 also it was a real bad experience for me and my family didn't really want to get the pizza after that I told him I saw too many stories of people doing bad things they said they have cameras over them so I took my pizza and ran never again will I come to this pizza place

Horrible experience. Their website says they close at 10pm. My cousins from out of town where craving pizza so I recommended this spot since it was near by. We arrived around 8:40pm and as we walked in the girl behind the counter immediately advised us that they would only be taking take out orders since the dining room was now closed and said we couldn't dine. . Really, at 8:40pm. I asked what time they closed and they said 10 but only for take out. It sounds like they didn't want to work or something. Terrible. Won't be coming back sorry guys. Good pizza tho.

Love the pizza! And the wedges are great too!! The service is always awesome :))Location is right off the freeway in the center of town and there is almost always a place to park without having to walk far.Highly recommended :)

The girl at the counter very rude got our order wrong and still gave us attitude when we told her it was wrong. The gentleman making the pizzas gets 5 stars he was nice. But they need to retrain this girl or something this is the second time we get her and same bad attitude and rude service.

They charge for refills and extras... I paid $100 Friday night with the kids, I feel like a couple extra ranch servings would have been nice.... also, the pizza wasn't hot. Not a great first experience... doubt we'll be back...

Great pizza awesome taste!

Very lite on the sauce and cheese. Topping not cooked with the pizza. Pizza slightly better than frozen. First and last pizza at this joint for me.

Wondering why on their website it says they close at 10pm but when you call at 9pm they tell you they're closed. Might want to fix that. Change YELP while you're at it!!

Terrible service, cheap ownership, quality is alright but not nearly good enough to make up for the rest. Zero value. Met Tony once awhile back he is as cheap as his salad bar. ordered wings.... all wing portions no drummetts... terrible value. Salad bar 5.25 for one trip... not fresh, transparent tomatoes, empty containers... horrible value.. shame on you Tony! My wife was given an extremly hot pizza pan and paper plates to use as potholders... stupid policy. love if these weasles get sued for burning someone. i'll never spend another dime at that horrible place....

Poor customer service. Also they charge for soda refills and extra ranch I mean for the prices your paying for the food you think they'd be a little more giving!

There's no good pizza on the west coast of the US however, Tonya is the best in California. There's something to be said of the best of the worst

Food was good but the service was terrible. She took everyone their food and we were the only ones that had to get up to grab ours. At the end we asked for just ice and every single thing that has the drink prices says it's .25 for a small but she charged us 50 for each and then told us it says ice is 50 and where she pointed said 25...how is just ice more expensive than a cup of soda??

They have a salad bar, place is pretty big and look legit.

I love there pizza here, always right out of the oven and the wings are good too but they are a bit pricey.

Only went for the CHILE VERDE PIZZA. IT WAS GARBAGE! The meat tasted like it was broiled to long and it was DRY not a good flavor at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. Overpriced and service sucks! Salad bar 4.50 For one trip, No free refills, Chicken strips are frozen and taste like it. Very disappointing. So if you want a great chile verde pizza and dont mind a drive to Delano LRS PIZZA IS THE WAY TO GO!

NO FREE REFILLS!?!?!? I ordered large sodas and had to pay every time Someone got a refill! Pizza is ok but not worth the price after adding all the soda refills. Will not return to this location.

Chili VERDE pizza

I'm there right now, like I am every Monday. Pizza is the best and they are always courteous. Always a beautiful pizza.

Great pizza the combination pizza has so many topping they fall off. They do not skimp on the quality or quantity and the pizza is cooked perfectly not like other places that tell you its doughy because of the topping.

The workers were very rude. I understand if you are having a bad day, but at least make the customers feel welcome. Food is good, but if you can, go to a different location because I would.

Charge for drink refills? It's 2013, sort it out. Toppings are good quality, but lacking in quantity unless you get veggies. The crust is also lacking in flavor; it's chewy and dry at the same time. This location feels looks and smells like a good ol' fashioned pizzeria, but with modern prices.

Went and ate pizza with a large group of guys before a bachelor party and we all got food poisoning.. Now I've missed 4 days of work and the wedding had to be moved...

Pizza's ok. But the service, crappy attitude of the employees, the un-air conditioned restrooms and lack of cleanliness has me choosing not to come back. You can't wipe sweat off your brow and dig straight into the veggies. When we were promised our pizza for pick up in 15 minutes and we arrived 20 minutes later, they had it under the wrong name, the wrong phone number and told me it would be right up. After a 20 minute wait at the restaurant, they had JUST put it in the oven. The manager explained they have been busy. Last trip here.

One of the better pizza chains in Bakersfield. Pizza is good wing and wedges are better from Rusty's.
